Division I
Division I: The highest level of college athletics. Division I schools must field at least 7 sports for men and 7 for women, or 6 for men and 8 for women. These are the big school with the big teams that are seen in championships on TV. These schools are usually athletic power houses and have a larger budget and more athletic scholarships.
